Real-World Learning in Action
This one comes straight from Central Yorke School’s Facebook page! Recently, student teacher Kirralee and Miss Smart’s Year 6 class ran a Maths Carnival Market as part of their money unit. From budgeting and pricing to designing signage and running stalls, students applied their learning in a setting that felt both fun and purposeful.
