Shipping Policy
Teach Tek for all online sales will perform best efforts to provide clear contact and shipping direct to site or a nominated location. Once stock has been scheduled for shipment, payment terms will apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Teach Tek stands by its solution offerings. Any purchases will based on standard trading terms. Any site performance issues will be on the sites own support for standard systems based on all solutions are vetted in house prior to sales. If there is issues we will do our best to provide technical support resource on site or remotely based on location.
Exchange and or Returns will be negotiated once all efforts have been made to resolve any hardware or performance issues. Conditions apply.
