At RealityTEK, we believe that immersive learning spaces must continuously evolve to keep pace with rapid advancements in technology.


Honouring the Past, Building the Future

This project marks a major milestone for our team as our first full-scale upgrade and remediation of an existing legacy immersive lab. Instead of starting completely from scratch, our commitment was to improve, stabilise, and elevate the space by eliminating legacy hardware bottlenecks and spatial constraints. By integrating the school's existing infrastructure with RealityTEK’s advanced engineering standards, we have delivered a modernised, highly reliable environment that maximises the value of their original investment and can grow with them as their learning journey expands.


The RealityTEK Upgrades & Smart Additions

The transformation was completed in a deliberate two-stage process to ensure the Endeavour College team could seamlessly transition from their previous solution to our cutting-edge RealityTEK systems. Beyond the physical decommissioning of outdated technical systems, we integrated enterprise-grade hardware and software designed for flawless daily operations. To truly maximise the room's operational efficiency, our team also implemented Fusion Signage for streamlined content management and a Screenbeam solution to deliver seamless, untethered wireless casting capabilities for educators as well as guests presenting in the space.



Key Project Highlights & Scope Delivery

The upgraded Discovery Centre now runs on:

  • Advanced VR infrastructure: a RealityTEK 12H Station for secure charging and storage, paired with enterprise-grade PICO 4 Ultra headsets managed via ManageXR, with content delivered through EngageXR.

  • Visual and audio alignment: full servicing and edge blending of the three existing Epson projectors into one unified display, backed by a Shure and Dante audio processing system.

  • Smart room automation: a custom C-Bus digital wall controller for lighting and blind scene recalls, plus automated projector power triggers.

  • Operational upgrades: Fusion Signage and Screenbeam casting, lowering the barrier to entry for daily classroom or presentation use.


Conclusion & Long-Term Commitment

Installing the hardware is only the first step. Long-term stability needs ongoing support, so RealityTEK has provided ICT/admin and teacher-focused training, professional development workshops, an online LMS, remote technical support, and hardware maintenance visits. We're proud to support Endeavour College as they build the next stage of their immersive learning program.
